What happens at the end of the free trial?
After the 3-month trial, you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription or delete your account. No automatic charge is made without your explicit consent.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancellation is possible at any time from your administration panel. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no fees or penalties.
How are seats counted?
Only users who have performed at least one action in the calendar month are counted as 'active'. An inactive account is not billed.
Is billing monthly or annual?
Billing is monthly, by automatic debit via Stripe. An annual plan with a discount will be available soon.
