Review publication rules

Who can leave a review

Only customers who posted a mission request on Waypoint360 are invited to leave a review, through a personal link. We do not publish anonymous reviews or reviews from elsewhere.

What is published

We publish the rating, the comment, the first name and last initial, the town, the activity concerned and the date of the review. A review is only published with its author's consent. All accepted reviews are published, positive or negative, and the average rating is calculated on all of them.

Why a review may be refused

Every review is read before publication. It is only refused for one of the following reasons:

• abusive or defamatory language
• content unrelated to the mission request
• information identifying another person
• personal contact details (phone, address, email)
• advertising or commercial content

If your review is refused

We tell you by email, with the reason for the refusal. You can reply to send an amended review.

Changing or withdrawing your review

Write to contact@waypoint360.eu to change or withdraw your review. We never change a review without its author's consent.

Display order

Reviews are shown from newest to oldest. Nothing is given in exchange for a review.
