The Marketplace plan (10 €/month/company) lists you in the directory and lets you capture leads and submit proposals. The Mission/Fleet Management plan (5 €/month/active user) adds the full operational suite: mission management, drone fleet, DGAC ManEx and intervention reports.

Yes. Both plans include a 3-month free trial, no credit card needed. Afterwards, you choose to continue or delete your account — no automatic charge.

An active user is a team member with an open account on the platform. You subscribe to a number of seats, and each seat is billed at 5 €/month. If a team member leaves and you disable their account, their history (interventions, reports…) is retained, but you continue to be billed for that seat. To stop paying for it, simply reduce your subscription from your administration panel.

To appear in the directory and receive missions, you must be an operator declared with the DGAC, hold the certifications appropriate to your flights (A1/A3, A2, CATS, etc.) and a valid professional liability insurance. These details are shown on your profile.

Once, inside AlphaTango, you authorise Meridian Synergy (delegate DEL45) to file your flights on your behalf: « Mon activité d'exploitant », then « Notifications de vol » and « Afficher mes délégations ». AlphaTango then gives you an operator UID, which you enter on the AlphaTango Delegation screen — it walks you through it step by step, with screenshots. Until the delegation is verified, neither fleet synchronisation nor flight filings work. You can revoke it at any time from AlphaTango.

Operations manual (MANEX), SORA assessment, flight preparation dossier, flight report, checklist, maintenance report and regulatory declaration letter. Each exports to PDF, HTML, Markdown, ODT and DOCX. At export time you choose which sections to keep and can add a table of contents; the last five versions of each document stay available.

Yes, and the platform is built so you can carry it. A generated operations manual always comes out as a draft: it cannot be issued as a PDF until you have reviewed, completed and approved it. The document states how it was drafted and names your organisation as responsible for its content and its operational implementation. The AI proposes an outline; it does not sign in your place.

With the W360 pilot identity, in My account. Link your personal account and your employers' accounts: your hours are brought together by year, by month and by drone class, and those taken from a flight log are marked as verified. If an account disappears, for example when you leave an employer, its totals stay in your history. You decide whether an organisation can see your total.
