Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Waypoint360, organised by user type.

What's the difference between Marketplace and Mission/Fleet Management?

The Marketplace plan (€10/month/company) lists you in the directory and lets you capture leads and submit proposals. The Mission/Fleet Management plan (€5/month/active user) adds the full operational suite: mission management, drone fleet, DGAC ManEx and intervention reports.

Can I try operator plans for free?

Yes. Both plans include a 3-month free trial, no credit card needed. Afterwards, you choose to continue or delete your account — no automatic charge.

What is an active user?

An active user is a team member with an open account on the platform. You subscribe to a number of seats, and each seat is billed at €5/month. If a team member leaves and you disable their account, their history (interventions, reports…) is retained, but you continue to be billed for that seat. To stop paying for it, simply reduce your subscription from your administration panel.

What are the requirements to be listed as an operator?

To appear in the directory and receive missions, you must be an operator declared with the DGAC, hold the certifications appropriate to your flights (A1/A3, A2, CATS, etc.) and a valid professional liability insurance. These details are shown on your profile.
