Agras T100
DJI Agras T100 technical datasheet: 100 kg professional spraying and spreading agricultural drone. Specifications, professional use cases, EASA and regulatory compliance.
DJI Agras T100: Large-Scale Agricultural Spraying
The DJI Agras T100 is the reference professional agricultural drone for large-area farms. With a 100 kg payload capacity and a 100-litre tank, it marks a major leap over previous Agras generations, enabling coverage of dozens of hectares per hour with a single aircraft.
Designed for agricultural cooperatives, crop protection service providers and large-scale winegrowers, it integrates DJI's latest advances in AESA radar, computer vision and autonomous flight planning.
Technical Specifications
The T100 carries the AESA (Active Electronically Scanned Array) radar system proven on the T60 series, paired with an omnidirectional vision system. Together, they enable safe autonomous navigation even over tall crops or rugged terrain.
Spraying System
- Dual-mode tank: 100 L in liquid mode, up to 100 kg in solid-spreading mode (granules, fertiliser, seeds)
- Boom nozzles: up to 16 m treatment width, certified uniformity
- Adjustable flow: from a few litres/min up to 40 L/min depending on crop and formulation
- Smart nozzles: constant pressure, automatic speed compensation
Navigation and Safety
- AESA radar: 360° obstacle detection including power lines and metallic structures
- Integrated RTK: centimetre-level precision for BVLOS operations with authority authorisation
- Auto-return: on low battery, signal loss or no-fly zone
- Flight log: full traceability for agricultural regulatory requirements
Professional Use Cases
Cereal and Field Crops
On wheat, corn, rapeseed or sunflower, the T100 can cover 60 to 80 ha/h under optimal conditions, compared with 30–40 ha/h for previous generations. The 100 L capacity significantly reduces refills and maximises productive time.
Viticulture
The radar system enables safe inter-row navigation, including on sloping terrain. Treatment width is adjustable for vine row spacing. The T100 effectively treats against downy mildew, powdery mildew and grey rot.
Arboriculture and Forestry
Powerful rotors penetrate the dense foliage of fruit trees. In forestry, it is used for phytosanitary treatments and reseeding after timber harvesting.
Granule Spreading
With the solid distribution system, the T100 spreads granular fertilisers, lime amendments or cover crop seeds with precision and consistency superior to traditional mechanical methods.
Regulation and Compliance
Operation of the DJI Agras T100 for crop protection treatments is subject to national regulations. In most European countries:
- Certified remote pilot: A2 category minimum, ideally with specific agricultural drone training
- Regulatory declaration: agricultural drone operations must be declared to the national aviation authority
- Approved products: only products approved for drone application may be used
- Phytosanitary licence: the service provider must hold the relevant pesticide operator certification
- Safety perimeter: minimum distances from hedgerows, watercourses and sensitive areas apply
For beyond-visual-line-of-sight (BVLOS) operations, a specific authorisation from the national authority is required.
Find a Certified Operator
The DJI Agras T100 is professional equipment reserved for certified remote pilots and specialist companies. Through Waypoint360, you can access a directory of approved drone operators, filtered by agricultural activity, geographic area and certifications.
