Storage on board, and the accessory it removes
The Lito X1 carries 42 GB inside the aircraft. That sets it apart from the rest of the segment, and from the Lito 1 of the same series, which relies on a microSD card.
In practice: you take it out of the box and film. No card to buy, no card left at home, no card too slow that cuts a recording short.

⛔ DJI gives a maximum takeoff mass of 340 g. The 249 g figure is the aircraft in standard configuration; what you add to it counts. Above 250 g at takeoff, the aircraft is no longer within the conditions of a C0 marking: the flight subcategory changes, and the A1/A3 certificate becomes required.
Internal storage changes nothing about the regulatory frame. It does change one practical thing: the images stay in the aircraft until they are transferred, and a lost aircraft takes everything it filmed with it.
What it does well

- 1/1.3-inch sensor, larger than the 1/2 inch of the Lito 1 in the same series
- 48 MP, with the cropping that allows
- Under 250 g in standard configuration, so category A1 with no exam
What to know before buying
- 42 GB do fill up, far faster in video than in stills: transferring becomes a habit to build, not an option
- Operator registration is mandatory, as for any aircraft with a camera
- Model announced on 23 April 2026: the third-party accessory ecosystem is still young
- Neither filters nor a spare battery are supplied
Propeller guards, measured as a real need
On this aircraft, propeller guards are the most sought-after accessory after the battery, and that makes sense: it is a drone you learn on, often indoors or near people.
What they bring:
- They limit the damage on contact with a wall, a branch or a hand
- They make close flying acceptable to the people around
- They protect fingers above all, not just the aircraft
⛔ What they do not change: the rule. Guards create no right. Flying over assemblies of people remains prohibited with or without them, and the flight subcategory does not move.
⚠️ They also add mass. On an aircraft whose standard weight is 249 g, anything fitted has to be weighed against the 250 g line.
